Robocraft 2 Vanguard Testing Program Non-Disclosure Agreement
Hello Pilots and welcome to our Vanguard Testing program NDA. We are excited to develop Robocraft 2 and are inviting a small number of applicants to help us during the very early stages of development to gain feedback. We hope that you enjoy following the development and are excited to be a part of the game at this stage.
By participating in the Vanguard Testing Program, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood all terms and conditions of the agreement below.

This Non-Disclosure agreement is made between Freejam (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Developer’) and each person listed below (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Playtester’).
INTENTION The Developer will provide the Playtester with access to unpublished materials for the purpose of playtesting and providing feedback.
CONFIDENTIALITY You acknowledge and agree that all information regarding the Game, including its design and performance, and any other information related to the Vanguard Testing Program, is the confidential and proprietary information of the Company. You agree not to disclose any such information to any third party without the express written permission of the Company, and not to use any such information for any purpose other than participating in the Vanguard Testing Program.
You agree not to stream broadcast, or distribute any videos, screenshots, or any other representations of the Game, publicly during your participation in the Vanguard Testing Program. You may record footage and screenshots to be used to assist with reporting bugs but may only distribute these in approved channels set by the development team. Release of unfinished footage and gameplay publicly can harm the game's future and whilst you may store your recordings, we will allow you to share these in the future once the game gets to an acceptable level and these are not mistaken as representative of the final game set by the Developer.
You acknowledge that any disclosure of such confidential information will result in irreparable harm to the Company, and the Company will be entitled to seek injunctive relief and payment of damages. This confidentiality obligation shall continue to exist after the end of the Vanguard Testing program.
LIMITED LICENSE AND ACCEPTABLE USE You are entitled to access, download or install, and operate the Game solely for the purposes of participating in the Vanguard Testing Program test under this Agreement. You agree not to distribute, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise provide the Game to any third party. The Developer reserves the right to demand at any time that you delete any copies of the Game in your possession or control.
At various times we may decide to revoke access to the Vanguard Testing Program and provide access to new players to gain additional feedback. If you are removed from the program during these stages, we will inform you and you will not be able to share any information you gained during the playtest publicly.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You agree not to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or prepare derivative works based on the Game, nor to assist anyone else in doing so.
CONDUCT You agree to behave respectfully towards other participants in the Vanguard Testing Program. The Developer reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Vanguard Testing program if you behave in a manner the Developer deems inappropriate.
FEEDBACK You agree that the Developer may solicit feedback from you regarding the Game, and that the Developer will have the right to use any feedback or quotes you provide, without compensation to you.
PRIVACY The Company respects your privacy. Any personal data collected by the Developer in connection with the Vanguard Testing Program will be processed in accordance with the Developer's privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.freejamgames.com/privacy
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom
By participating in the Beta Test, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
